Bed Rails

A bed rail connects both a head board and footboard, but does not necessarily have any feet. Bed rails come in two versions: hook-on or bolt-on types. This refers to the type of ends on the rails that accept the headboard/footboard.

Wood beds typically require the hook-on type. If you have a Brass Bed or Metal Bed, Click here; all other bolt-on rails, click here.

Your bed too high? The Low Profile Designed rails available here can lower your mattress by about three inches. Available as bolt-on or hook-on type rails.
