what you are ordering, insure that it is in fact what you need. We
cannot be held liable if you order the wrong item.

We understand that occasionally
customers select an item and it just does not work for them. Because of
this issue, we allow some purchases to be returned for store credit or a refund.
Bed frames, bed rails and center supports cannot be returned. These
items cost a great deal to ship and not worth the trouble for you go
through to return them. Please insure you are ordering the correct size
and type before ordering.
Please
note that the item must be returned in the original box and the item
must be in "like new" condition. All returns are subject to a 20% fee to
cover inspection and repackaging costs. BedFrameParts.com can not refund
delivery charges to or from the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
UPON RECEIPT? In the event of damage, please make a note on the
shipping paperwork, do not accept it. Do not sign for it unless you
inspect it to insure the contents are not damaged. We have no way of
proving that it was damaged by the shipper if you accept it. Scratches
on bed frames and parts are not considered to be damage; bed frames and
parts sometimes rub against each other during shipment and some
scratching cannot be avoided.
