Can I get a bed frame that may help prevent foot injury?
Yes! The SF34R or SF56R SUPERFRAME®  (pictured on left) has deeply recessed legs that can prevent possible foot injury. This is especially important for folks with diabetes and cannot afford stubbing their toe. Click here.

• Can I raise my bed to gain storage space?
  Yes! We have several types of bed risers or bed elevators available to suit your needs. Also, bed frames with these higher legs are now available to safely raise your bed. Click here.
• Can I lower my bed? My mattress is too high off the ground.
  Yes! These are known as "low profile" frames and lowers your mattress by about 3". Click here for bed frames, click here for rails.
• I have a wood headboard, footboard and side rails, they are loose and the entire bed tilts back and forth. I love my wood bed and paid a lot for it, so I want to keep the wood side rails. What can I do?
  Yes, we carry the Bed-Snaps™ Fix-A-Rail system which would allow you to retrofit, repair and strengthen your bed by placing a set of Bed-Snaps™ in each corner. No need to remove the rail, these are packaged as a set of four. Click here.
• Can I convert my full size bed to a queen size?

• My wife wants to remove the footboard from our wood bed, how can I still hold the headboard up? Is there a bedframe that would simply "hook-on" to the headboard without using the footboard?

• Can I convert my frame to hook-on my headboard?

• We are very heavy couple, would it be safe to make modifications to our existing frame?
  No. Modifications to any frame or rail is not suggested for folks that may exceed average height and weight. Instead, a replacement rail or bed is suggested that can handle the duty.
• My sleeper sofa mechanism is broken, can I replace it?

• Can I use a Queen headboard with my Full size bed frame?

• I lost the clamp that holds my bed frame together, do you carry such a clamp?
  Yes, these clamps come in 2 sizes, so you may want to measure the side of one of the ones you do have. It will be either 1¼ inch or 1½ inch long on its side. Click here.

• I need some hardware to bolt my headboard to the bed frame. What do I need to get?

  Yes, special Combo Bags are available to properly bolt on your headboard. These contain nuts, bolts and washers to connect bed frame to your headboard. Click here.

• I lost my wood side rail when I moved, can I get a replacement?
  Yes! We now carry wood side rails to hook into your bed on our sister site-- WoodBedRails.com. All sizes are available in a variety of finishes. Click here. We also carry unfinished sizes for cases where you have a unique colored finish and want to match it up. Otherwise, our finished colors come in a variety of the most popular colors.
• My bed is sagging, can I get more center support for my bed?
  Yes! Center Supports can be added to Full, Queen or King size bed frames/rails when your mattress is sagging and/or the need to support above average weight exists. Click here.
• Can I connect 2 Twin or Twin XL size beds?
  Yes! A pair of swing hinges can accomplish this easily and allows for easy cleaning beneath a split queen or split king size bed.  Useful for Dual King or Dual Queen Adjustable Beds. Packaged in pairs for use between headboard and bed. Click here.
  • Two S-Cape beds can be fixed together with a set of bed straps which will attach two S-cape together and will not separate. Click here.

• How long does shipping take on my order?

  Most orders are shipped very quickly (within one to five days), but experience a range of delivery times depending on distance from North Carolina and internal delivery factors, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

   

  US West Coast deliveries take the longest and usually arrive the following week. Many US East Coast orders arrive in as few as three or four days. However, delivery can take as long as 14 days, regardless of destination. If your order has not arrived 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@HomePlaceGroup.com

   

  Some items are very heavy and require special handling or shipment via a common carrier. Because of this, shipping usually takes two to three weeks depending on the availability. If you require faster shipping, we can upgrade shipping method at additional cost. Call 1-800-823-4233.

What's the difference between bed rails and bed frames?

Typically a bed frame, also known as a Hollywood frame has feet with wheels or glides and can connect to a headboard. Whereas a bed rail connects both a head board and footboard, but does not necessarily have any feet.
